Salted ricotta cheese - any ideas? [General]

Hey all - got back from Sicily a few weeks back and brought myself back some ricotta salata which is absolutely fantastic on a variety of pasta dishes. My parents tell me that although it can be purchased in Ottawa, the quality of the product is poor. Has anyone come across a good grade product in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, etc? I'd love to be able to get my parents this on an ongoing basis.

They have a really good one at Nicastro's on Wellington.

I love this cut into perfect little cubes and served on beef ravioli (usually use braised spareribs for that) with a light tomato sauce with either thyme or basil.

mark - thanks for the input. My parents have tried the Nicastro's product many different times and apparently, it isn't the same.
