Hi,

I'm looking for cheeze cultures in the Ottawa region. I have decided to try my hand at making proper cultured cheeze, but I cannot find where I could get a culture to start from.

Any information would help.

There is a cheesemaker at the Lansdowne farmer's market.
Maybe try and email him?
It is Canreg Station that sells the cheese they make.

When I saw Cheeze in the title I assumed you were making nut cheeze as that is how they spell that.

But you want Dairy CHEESE?

Glengarry definitely sells supplies including cultures - or at least they did about a year ago when I was asking them
