Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli [Cooking]

This is the stir-fried rice vermicelli I cooked for lunch. The cooking instruction is normally written at the back of the package. This time, I stir-fried with chicken broth (half can of Campbell's) and soya sauce (the salty kind). Ingredients included green peas, eggs (pre-cooked and pre-cut into stripes) and stir-fried shredded pork. You can also blend in cooked bean sprouts, shrimps and onions if you like. To make a Singaporean fried rice vermicelli (星州炒米), just add your favourite curry powder to it. Also a great food for your party!
