Does anyone know where to buy Serrano ham in Ottawa?

For that matter, does anyone have suggestions for a tapas menu?

Try Nicastro's on Merivale - I'm pretty sure I saw some there once - probably a good idea to call first.

What kind of tapas are you looking for? I make great marinated roasted red peppers which are fab served with a sliced baguette if you want the recipe. Sliced of grilled chorizo sausage maybe? Olives, cheeses. I have a recipe for red and white gazpacho served in shot glasses if you want to try that...grilled or fried squid, prawns sauteed with garlic, chilis and oil...am I getting close?

Sorry Marsbar, Nicastros is the only place I would suggest as well.

Il Negozio Nicastro on Wellington has Serrano ham, as well. I think most Nicastro's will have it.
