The pig roast they served at the Caribbean Night on June 11 was fantastic. Those deep-fried yucca are to die for! The plates were brimming and each included a generous amount of pork, salad, deep fried yucca and plantain, and a Jamaican patty.
Our organization has had them twice now for catering, and I can highly recommend them. (BTW, I have no vested interest whatsoever. They are just really good, and gave excellent and friendly service to the customers at our events as well.)
