I have a reservation for 2 people at the Cuisine and Passion Cooking class on Saturday March 19 1pm to 4pm. The person planning to go with me cannot make it.
This three-hour class will result in a three-course meal -- think
* warm, wild mushroom salad with walnut champagne dressing and herb croutons
* chicken breast filled with artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes
with cheddar rice pilaf and green beans.
* crème brûlée
You will get to take home recipes from everything and eat the food too.
