I was at Loblaw's college square this morning and they have 1.5 lb boxes of mini honey mandarins for 79 cents. There were three Asian ladies there filling their carts with dozens of boxes, so I asked them what was the best way to keep them. They said to sort through and toss any that were moldy (there were 1 or 2 in the three boxes I bought) and then they would keep in the fridge or a cold room for 2 to 3 months. They are much smaller than clementines, about 1" in diameter and each of the tiny sweet seedless sections are only about 1/2" x 1/4" once you peel them. They are going fast.
