It's that time of year where I find myself doing more & more roasts, and I'm running out of butchers twine to tie them up.
I bought the last lot years ago, and I think it was at Loblaws - you know, back when Loblaws sold useful stuff.
Since then I haven't seen it anywhere. I frequent several different butchers and thought at least one of them might have it (well, obviously they have it for their own use, but I haven't seen it on sale).
Hubby bought me a roll of butcher's twine ( I don't know the price)at our local Home Hardware (in Woodlawn, Ont.) but I also bought 4 silicone, stretchable wraps that are great ($3.99 at Independent Grocers) also work well...
