Diwali is tomorrow (Friday the 5th), it's an Indian festival of lights with some parallels to Christmas.

Does anyone have any recommendation for a good Indian restaurant to go to in town? Are there any events going on to consider? Thanks in advance.

There is the annual event in Hintonburg in front of Indian Express in the little plaza there. Not sure on time - maybe 6pm. Maybe 7pm

EDIT: it just got cancelled. Maybe due to weather ?
