ottawa foodies

does anyone know where i can buy gravlax and the fixings in ottawa without making a trip to Ikea?

I'm pretty sure I've seen gravlax in Loblaws.

I have tried making gravlax and the recipe came out extremely salty. I was very disappointed because I was mixing maple sugar with the sugar, salt mix for a different taste. I have to admit I did not try it again. Does anyone have a good recipe?
