I have a beautiful new convection bread machine but no worthwhile recipes. Can anyone help? Looking for a variety of good brown or multigrain breads.

My basic recipe is very flexible. Just alter the type of oil, or type of flour, to change it up

- 600g flour
- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 350 ml water
- 1-2 tablespoons honey

Ok. Just to make sure, you make this in a bread machine?

I mix it in my bread machine but bake it in the oven. But you could bake it in the machine if you like too.

If you can get a copy of _The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook_ by Beth Hensperger, I highly recommend it.
