Home Made Hot Chocolate Mix [Recipes]
2010 Feb 6
OK, that didn't take me long! I remembered how I came up with my ratio in the first place - I just combined the recipe on the package of cocoa for making hot chocolate, with the instructions on the skim milk powder for making milk
For one litre of milk I used
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 cups skim milk powder from the bulk barn
The skim milk powder is the really fine granule stuff that packs very densely into the measure. I should weigh it next time.

Or a few extra ingredients?
I used to have a good ratio for those 3, but cannot recall what it is.
