Thai resto in Hull/Gatineau [General]

I remember a while back someone mentioning the best Thai food around, which they said was across the river...I looked through some of the old forums but I can't find it! And looking through the tags, there is one Thai place in Hull which is a sister resto of Green Papaya...somehow I don't think this was the place they were referring to.

Hopefully someone will remember what I'm talking about....
