I looking for red bean paste, any one know where to get it?

I've tried googing it, but nothing showed up. Also tried going to lob-laws but they only have red beans.

I need it to make mochi =D

Red bean paste is available in most Chinese grocery stores. I'm pretty sure 168 has it. If not, try Kowloon or Wa Kiu.

Red bean paste (anko) at Chinese grocery store is very sweet.
It is very easy to make your own. you can adjust the amount of sugar, and you can keep them in freezer.

Are you going to make mochi from sweet rice powder?
Making Daifuku?(wrap anko with mochi)
That's my favorite!!

168 Market New 168 Market does indeed have red bean paste...and lotus seed paste (and many other goodies that make a trip there worthwhile).
A past discussion on those pastes here:
