being as busy as I have been lately I missed out on the Naga Jolokia peppers Acorncreek produced (including the dried and ground)!!!

but just found out the Bhut Jolokia will be ready soon!

was looking forward to the Nagas at 800,000 Scolvilles
but the Bhuts are a million!

Apparently used in India to keep wild elephants away from vegetable gardens. The garden fences are rubbed with the peppers . . . and it works.

Im there. I always have a stash of dried jolokias but fresh would be a treat!
