ottawa foodies

I'm only in town now and again, and would like to take the wife out for a memorable sushi meal tomorrow. Is there somewhere that comes especially highly recommended?

Tomorrow is Wednesday, which is usually the big day for specials, is there a restaurant in town that offers a particularly good deal?

Really, the question is more directed to the second part of it. I've been to Genji and Kinki a number of times with great results, I'm just trying to see if there is a place with good specials on the typical "cheap food" day of the week.

My vote goes to Zen d'Asie. It's on the Quebec side but barely five minutes past the bridge. Great selection, delicious food!

My vote goes to Wasabi. Their Spider roll is incrrredible... my wife's favourite as well.
