Hi everyone! I'm looking for high-quality butter, the one that is sold in huge chunks (still can be cut in smaller pieces to your preference) in the markets in Eastern Europe. Can I find it somewhere around? I'm planning to make some ghee at home, and I would like to get the best butter for that. I don't think standard grocery stores' butter would work fine for that (I normally buy mine at Costco). Thx!
