Not exactly local, but I have bought them occasionally in Ogdensburg at the Price Chopper. I usually keep a list of "only in the US" food items and do a run a few times a year. Ogdensburg only about an hour, Massena about 20 mins further, but more places to shop. Lots of interesting local northern NY stuff in the grocery stores too.
