Ottawa Foodies

Went for lunch today, takeout service was pretty quick. I had the Shrimp & Pork Rice Noodle chicken soup (small) and an order of Shrimp & Pork rice wrap. The 'small' size soup was huge and very, very good! The rice wrap wasn't great, bland. My co-worker ordered shrimp spring rolls which were very tasty, mild shrimp flavour as Fresh Foodie review, but not that greasy. I would certainly return for a nice filling lunch on a cool fall day, yum!

Here's a medium H09 chicken broth soup (BBQ Pork with Rice Noodle and Egg Noodle). Most yummy!

I tried the spring rolls once here but didn't like them much and never ordered them again. But... on my most recent visit I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and was pleased! Sure, they're greasy, but the flavour was nice (mildly shrimpy) and they did a wonderful job of appeasing my growling and ornery stomach as it impatiently awaited baptism by soup.
