We used to head over about once a week for pho, either with chicken and beef or chicken and lemongrass....unfortunately, the last few visits have been disappointing. The portions have shrunk while prices have gone up, and what used to be stellar service is now quite frustrating. We waited over twenty minutes while the two servers sat at the counter and chatted, eating their lunch, for a glass of water. Mind you, this has never happened while the lady I presume is the owner is there.

The flavours have never EVER disappointed, but as a customer I don't like feeling like I'm inconveniencing the servers.
