Stephanie Haddad is a Cordon Bleu graduate in cuisine and pastry from Vancouver who opened her shop in February 2008. All staff are either Cordon Bleu graduates or students. Her "signature" is sugar-paste flowers and marzipan fruit, which are often mistaken for real ones. (from The Ottawa Citizen - August 2, 2008)
