Visited here for lunch the other day and had an excellent sandwich. A little off the beaten track but the new owners have worked hard to fix up the small patio (away from the Wellington construction) and it is a great lunch or coffee spot. I believe they also serve breakfast.
My only comment would be that the selection of drinks and sides is a bit limited, but if you are looking for a sandwich or quick lunch it was very good.
