Have not yet dealt with them as I've only discovered them very recently, but they do have a vast catalog. You really should email them and get a soft copy of it. Our ONFC buyer's club is going to do some orders from here as well.

Their name brand organic rolled oats are the closest you'll ever get to groats without actually being whole. They take about 1/3 to 1/2 more time to cook than even your quaker large flake. Fantastic in granola bars.
