Ottawa Foodies

Hello there.
I've worked in the industry, since I was a teenager. From fast-food to slow-food. I've worked the front of house and the back. I've held every position, except for,owning my own place. I love cooking, but don't always have the time at home, plus my son is very picky (I'm working on that one.) I try to focus on chicken, fish and also enjoy vegetarian/vegan dishes.

I'm currently working in a health food store, which has given me a better understanding about nutrition and food combining.
