I'm and engineer and IT consultant in the Ottawa area.
I love food!
I recently became mostly vegetarian (vegan + fish) though I will eat meat on special family occasions like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
My favorite food is Chinese roast pork.
The best meal I ever had was a roasted sucking pig in the mountains of southern Cuba.
My wife if French and loves crepes.
We have three children. The oldest is a teenager and she is also a vegetarian, but stricter than me.
The next oldest is a "white meat vegetarian" (she loves chicken) whose favorite vegetable is snow peas.
The youngest loves meat, but he still likes sheppard's pie, tacos and spaghetti made with veggie ground round.
We also do square foot gardening.
