... like to hear exciting new food news not same old items about supposedly "wow" restaurants and mediocre food shops.

so.... excite me.

the mag. "ottawa living" food edition this month certainly diappointed.

why is ottawa so afraid to be exciting and vibrant ?
where all all the casual bistros( not pubs ) and ecclectic cafes serving delicious, healthy reasonable food ?

why is farm boy celebrated by anyone.
it is so devoid of character and is so full of fruits and vegetables that are not local.
and what's with the silly swinging monkey and the annoying farm boy singing from a tin can .

what's good about ottawa food ?

restaurants in hull or gatineau.
local farmers who grow fabulous organic fruits and vegetables.
