I've worked in hospitality industry for over 35 years. I've been lucky enough to have worked all over the country; in Ottawa I worked @ Peter's Pantry, The Prescott & for the longest period @ Capone's on Carling.

I am a partner with my brother Randy at Petit Bill's Bistro

The Bistro is named after our father (Little Bill Fitzpatrick) & is a tribute to our parents.

We have Newfoundland roots & it comes through on the menu (I hope)
