Don't be too harsh on Management for your waiting a half hour for your table. It is in their best interest having you seated and spending money. If the previous customers at your table decided to have an extra cup of coffee and chat for an extra half hour what is Management suppose to do? Walk up to the table and tell them to leave? Management will walk about in a frantic panic looking at their watch and cursing under their breath. It is not an exact science predicting how long a table will stay in their seats.
