I have, what I would now categorize, as a bit of an obsession with all things food. I come from a very food oriented family...I've never met a Newfoundlander who didn't like to eat. I just got back from France where I had some wonderful meals. I look forward to sharing my knowledge, and to learning from everyone here : )

I am jealous but happy that you are going back next year. I have never eaten so well as I did in France but I think it may be 5-10 years before I get back due to $$$ and the desire to go to other places too.

The Joel Robuchon restaurant sounded great.... especially the caramalized pork belly!
