Federal government worker, bachelor, downtown dweller, carless, likes good food, still learning to prepare it. Definitely a chocoholic but not a snob about it, able to appreciate a fine Amedei Toscano Red or a Jos Louis - but not one after the other. Started to learn to make my own ganaches, making me appreciate even more the artistry and difficulty of the fine chocolate artisans.
