Always dancing in the back of my mind is: Hmm...what will I eat next? Growing up, my father (German) did most of the cooking in our house. He was a master experimenter and always encouraged me to get my hands in there too. I enjoy and am famous (in my family anyhow) for reading ingredient lists on products then building them myself ~ tweaking and improving them. Example: The Alpen cereal people should call me. Seriously.
