Love to cook and eat enthusiastic fan of the "big green egg" and my pressure cooker. We are big gardeners and raise free range turkeys chickens and quails. Also encourage any rural denizens to consider keeping laying hens...
Enjoy any restaurant experience that provides a type of cooking I cannot reproduce as good and cheaper in my own kitchen.
