You are right - I have said that alot to you this week :) - that the wiki categories is a better environment to post recipes, but I wonder how often people go there? Do the recipes just end their days ignored and unloved?

Do you know John at la bottega in the market? When I was in my twenties Nicastros had a store on gladstone and he worked the deli counter. He was a teenager at the time. Its amazing he has not aged much! I am so jealous :)

I was in fact running off to the drycleaners on Elgin after work yesterday. Funny I 'thought" I spotted you on my way there.-;) So hello back! If you are in the downtown area you may often see me during lunchtime visits to the Byward market. Except today since I will be taking in some of the food offerings at Majors Hill Park....

Had a look at your photos from the recent meet up and noticed that you also have some ulti photos up. Do you play with Glenn Ford and a (possibly former) Scarlett player or was that the team that you were playing against that day? Just curious because I co-captained Scarlett this year and Glenn is a friend.
