I love to cook. I love ethnic foods of all types. I'm into all things yeast. For a while in the late 80's I brewed my own beer. I've also done a lot of baking. Life is busy these days and my culinary pursuit is smoking. I am currently a sanctioned judge with Canadian Southern BBQ Association.

Pookie's kitchen and wait staff mentioned (during my last visit) their displeasure that Sourdough's son isn't returning their calls! Seems he made quite the impression. :-)
