Antifillers - Welcome. Looks like you are beginning to find your way around. Besides BUZZ and FORUM you'll want to familiarize yourself with the TAGS option.
As Monty suggested in your Celiac topic you can use the TAGS option to find celiac friendly vendors. Same is true of your JAPANESE food querry. Just click on TAGS at the top of any page, and it will reveal a long listing of categories. Each category will bring up a list of Foods / Vendors that apply.
Similarly when you bring up the page for Art-Is-In Bakery www.ottawafoodies.com at the top of the page for them, you'll find that there is a TAG listing of all the locations that the Food / Vendor is available (shown as See Also). In the case of a Food, it lists other sources (which would answer your question about the possibility of finding an Art-Is-In source in the east end). In the case of a Vendor, The Keg for example, it would list all Ottawa locations.
Another useful tool is the FIND option, this allows you to search the entire site and see a listing of all the posts that utilize the "word" you enter... helpful in that you can discover if a topic has been previously discussed and is now archived.
