Tekka is a condiment (of Japanese origin, maybe?) made out of Miso, carrots, burdock root, lotus root, sesame oil. These are all roasted together & then ground to make a full flavour condiment.

I used to buy it in Ottawa, but cannot find any anymore... anyone know where to buy it?
