i got hooked on this while vacationing out west. i had never heard of it before. i recommend dry toasting it until it looks slightly toasted and has a nice smell, then cook it using vegetable broth instead of water. really delicious and a nice change in texture to regular pasta or couscous.

Available in the large Kosher section of the College Square location. You can get a tiny bag for around $1.50 or a huge bag for $10.

also you can get it at the mid east food center on st. laurent. Very cheap there.
